Customer Service Specialist

Overview:  In this role, you will form part of ICCONS Customer Service and Internal Sales team and you will contribute first hand to achieving ICCONS sales and service targets, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to assist and support the efficient operation of the internal sales department.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the internal sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for clients. 
Order Processing: Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is complete and correct. 
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 
Local Pick-ups: assist local customers during designated pick-up hours.
Administrative Support: produce and maintain sales reports.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with colleagues from all departments, actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other relevant activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Highly efficient in Microsoft excel.
SAP experience preferred.
IT experience preferred.
Strong professional drive and sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Selling / upselling skills 
Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
