Position

As an ICCONS Field Engineer you will be called to engage with engineers, specifiers, and contractors in NSW to present and promote ICCONS fixing solutions, becoming a point of reference for any technical query they may have about our products and services. As part of your role, you will also be required to support ICCONS local distribution and ICCONS salesforce in the territory of NSW with any engineering related query or need.

Your contribution will be crucial to support ICCONS success in an area that is highly strategic and that is enjoying significant growth. Your capacity to build relationships, provide technical advice and solve problems will drive the reputation and the adoption of ICCONS' products in the construction industry.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • An energetic and passionate personality
  • Experience in Specification Sales with Designers, Engineers and Contractors
  • The ability to liaise with Project Engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects
  • Must be organized, structured and able to work autonomously
  • Have a solution-based sales approach
  • A natural problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage relationships at all levels whether out on site or in Head Office
  • Willingness to travel interstate when required i.e. WA facility
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Able to conduct product presentations to engineers and clients
  • An energetic and ambitious personality
