The South Australian sales team captures vast industry experience as well as newly recruited talent which diversifies the SA outlook on the construction industry. This highly motivated team is laser-focused on providing the best for the South Australian Dealer Network as well as the end-users that drive the ICCONS demand.
How we work
- Our goal is to be proactive with our Dealer Network in SA, but also with the end-users that drive our demand
- We push to promote new products that save time and money without a reduction in safety
- We understand key factors to the ever-changing building industry like Australia’s Standard AS 5216:2018 that has officially transitioned to AS 5216:2021 as of July 2021.
- Understanding the requirements and liabilities of our Dealers and their customers is crucial to a quality service model.
- We utilise ICCONS Victorian-based engineers that are eager to work with our distributors to ensure the most appropriate and effective product is specified.
- We are always striving to add value to our business which flows down the line to our distributors and in turn the end-user. From on-site load testing to product recommendations and information.
The South Australia internal sales team is comprised of experts taking your calls, answering enquiries, offering basic technical support, and access to our vast product knowledge. Our staff are ready to aid your enquiry and have got you covered. Accompanying the internal and field sales team is a network of Engineers and Industry experts around the country who are resourced to support your technical service requirements both, in-house, online or in the field.
